KRISTA LIVELY STAUFFER

Acting Instructor, Virtual Teen Intensive

Krista Lively Stauffer, a graduate of Otterbein University’s Theatre Department, is a local professional actor on stage and screen. A casting associate/in-house artist with Boxland Media, Krista has been seen and heard in several commercials and voice overs. Some of her favorite stage credits include Avenue Q (Kate/Lucy), Sunday in the Park with George (Nurse/Harriet/Mrs.), and She Kills Monsters (Agnes). Krista is an artist educator with CATCO is Kids, working as the director for the Saturday Morning Musical experiences.

QUE JONES

Music Instructor, Virtual Teen Intensive

Que Jones has been a music director and costume designer in Columbus, Ohio since 2008. A native of the city, Que received two bachelors from Capital University and went on to receive his Masters in music composition from The Ohio State University. Que began costume designing shortly after working with the West Family, Nina and Virginia West, costuming their main stage production shows. These shows feature hundreds of unique looks and represent thousands of hours of building. Que has been a music director and accompanist with CATCO since 2013 and has recently costumed the entire 2019/2020 season.

HEIDI KOK

Choreography Instructor, Virtual Teen Intensive

Heidi Kok has been a dancer for 35+ years, with training in ballet, modern, jazz, and tap. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in theater and dance from Otterbein University. She is a professional dancer/singer/actor in musical theater, performing in New York City and nationwide, in shows such as Pippin, Mary Poppins, and the Broadway National Tour of Oklahoma!.  She is an accomplished choreographer, working for local high schools, theatres, and organizations like the Butterfly Guild of Nationwide Children’s Hospital.  She teaches for Momentum, a dance outreach program for inner city children and is a certified Vinyasa Yoga instructor. Previously, she was the Dance Program Manager at Google Headquarters in Mountain View, California. She loves to bring the joy of dance to children of all ages.

A longtime television and commercial actor and host, Todd Alan Crain will work with our students on how to self-tape auditions and how to create an effective acting resume.

Todd graduated with a BFA in musical theatre from Otterbein University. After spending more than two years on national tours with Sesame Street Live and Slim Goodbody, he landed his first television roles and has been working steadily in the medium ever since.  He has guest starred on 30 Rock on NBC, Broad City on Comedy Central, and Alpha House on Amazon, Orange is the New Black, House of Cards, Tallulah (independent film starring Alison Janney and Ellen Page), and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. He appeared on all three seasons of Hulu’s hit show Deadbeat, had a very physical altercation on NBC’s The Blacklist: Redemption, and finished out four episodes of season 2 on ABC’s Quantico. Todd has recently been seen on the HBO biopic Paterno, four episodes of The Punisher on Netflix, and guest starred on FBI on CBS, and Law & Order. Todd’s appearance as a 1970s game show host on Hunters (Amazon Prime) left audiences in shock.

Peter Matthew Smith has been performing professionally for 28 years. He is currently playing King George in the Hamilton National Tour Angelica Company. Broadway credits include: Fiddler on the Roof (Motel), RENT, original casts of Mamma Mia, Hairspray, and Cry Baby. National tours of RENT, Hairspray, and Memphis the Musical. He played Bruce in Fun Home at CATCO in 2017. He also has worked regionally with Pittsburgh CLO, The Fulton Theater, and Maine State Music Theatre. He has appeared in many TV commercials and lent his voice to various radio commercials over the years.
